How does Feral Friends share the donations?
All donations are sent to Feral Friends by PrimeLending. This is because we are their primary charity and the
program was developed for us. We developed the Partner program and spend a great deal of time in its maintenance.
Feral Friends issues a check to your group immediately upon receiving from PrimeLending. We split the proceeds
(50/50*) with our Partners. *If you generate more than four (4) transactions during a calendar year, your group will begin
receiving 60% of the donation (60/40).
How the donations are calculated
All donations are based on realtor or broker's fee of 3%
Supporter Home Sale
Sale Price - $325,000
Realtor Fee (3% of Sale Price) - $9,750
Supporter's Cash Incentive (5% of Realtor's Fee) - $487.50*
Total Donation (15% of Realtor's Fee) - $1,462.50
Partner Donation (50% of Total Donation) - $731.25**
*Supporter will also receive 20% off their closing costs (if PrimeLending is used as their mortgage source) and 64%
off relocation costs.
**In many cases, we find that the supporter is selling and buying a new home which generally doubles the amount of the donation.
Is it difficult to become a partner?
No, it is very easy. All you need to do is have a qualified representative from your group complete an agreement. This can be done
online or you can
print, complete, and send to us via snail mail.
