How we can all help each other
If you are a group dedicated to assisting our fur friends, you probably share a common concern - FUNDS! There are rarely enough. Traditionally, our options are grants (no guarantees!), fundraising (time consuming), and donations. The result is that we all have big ideas, inadequate budgets, and not enough time.

This program is a unique partnership that provides income to non-profit, animal welfare groups to fund their programs. It is based on real estate transactions anywhere in the U.S. and is not restricted to one realtor. It is based on affinity programs that were developed in order for companies to provide additional benefits to their employees. The EARN Program is unique in its scope and the animal welfare agencies it can benefit. It requires little effort on the part of the partner organizations and has the potential to net them substantial income.

What does my organization have to do to make this program work?
What does my organization have to do to make this program work? Simply let your supporters know that they can help your organization by utilizing this program when they (or anyone they know) are planning to buy or sell a residential property. The program is not limited to local transactions – supporters from all over the U.S. can take advantage of the program’s benefits. There is an additional appeal to potential participants besides helping your group – they receive a cash incentive themselves. They will not sacrifice quality by using this program. They will be working with quality real estate professionals.

Is it difficult to let our supporters know about the program?
No, it's easy! PrimeLending has already prepared all the marketing materials you might need - including a 30 second commercial you can e-mail to supporters. They have developed flyers, mailers, and website artwork. All you have to do is copy and paste to include in your newsletters, website, and flyers to hand-out at events and adoptions.

How do our supporters sign up for the program?
Supporters just register through your website or by telephone. They can qualify for this program as long as they are not currently in an existing contract with another broker/agent. A real estate professional will contact them to begin the process of handling their real estate needs. Once the transaction is complete, you and the participant will receive a check. Simple! What is Prime Lending’s role?
Prime Lending is the creator and gracious sponsor of this program. They handle the registration tracking, referrals, financial, and legal elements of the program.

What is Feral Friends’s role?
Feral Friends is PrimeLending's primary charity. The program was initially developed for Feral Friends to support our feral spay/neuter program, the 'Race to Reduce Litters'. We realized soon after EARN was developed that our program would reap more benefits if we shared it with other groups! Thus began the PrimeBenefit Network. It just makes sense. We are all working toward the same goal!
